Until 30 November, Kuldīga residents are invited to apply for the competition “Kuldīga Municipality Funding for Restoration, Renovation and Conservation of Cultural Monuments in Kuldīga Municipality” (“Kuldīgas novada pašvaldības līdzekļu piešķiršana kultūras pieminekļu restaurācijai, atjaunošanai un konservācijai Kuldīgas novadā”), which is taking place for the tenth year.
As part of the competition, residents will be able to apply for municipal co-financing:
- For the large programme: Up to 50% of total eligible costs for the conservation of the project object or product, up to a maximum of EUR 30 000, to be paid over three calendar years, with a maximum of EUR 10 000 per year.
- For the small programme: Between 50% and 90% of total eligible costs for the conservation of the project object or product, up to a maximum of EUR 3 000.
- Up to EUR 2 000 for the preparation of the relevant construction project or equivalent documentation (including architectural and artistic study or inventory development, construction supervision and author supervision).
This year, the competition has changed the area in which the eligible sites are located.
Funded projects will have to be fully completed by 30 November 2023.
Applications must be submitted between 1 and 30 November.
